Hostly provides tools for hospitality businesses to manage menus, venues, ordering workflows, team operations, analytics, and related business settings. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, pricing, tax, allergen, availability, and fulfillment details of menus, items, venues, and other business content entered into Hostly.

Hostly supports ordering workflows for physical food and beverage items offered by businesses. Hostly does not use the ChatGPT app to sell digital goods, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or digital content.

You may not use Hostly to violate laws, infringe rights, mislead customers, interfere with platform security, access another business's data, or abuse integrations and connected tools.

We work to keep Hostly reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or modify features to improve security, reliability, or product quality.
